    Dana Cates is a talent acquisition leader and process improvement champion with over 20 years in healthcare recruitment, over 40 years in Human Resources Management. Most recently, she worked with Lean Human Capital and led the TA team at Texas Health Resources (THR) in the DFW Metroplex.

    Janelle has extensive experience of leading Human Resources, Workforce Planning and Talent Management teams in complex healthcare organizations. Janelle most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas Tx and was VP of HR Operations at Texas Health Resources in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex.

    With nearly two decades of experience in healthcare talent acquisition, RJ brings a deep understanding of TA strategy, analytics, and operational excellence. Prior to joining RogueHire, he spent 17 years at UPMC, one of the nation’s leading health systems, where he led enterprise-wide functions in pre-boarding, HR data infrastructure, vendor management, and talent acquisition technology.

    With over three decades in Talent Acquisition, Chirstine has led sourcing strategies across insurance, biotech, and healthcare, most recently building Cleveland Clinic’s startup sourcing program for critical roles.

    With a wealth of experience from her previous roles as an economist specializing in workforce statistics, Iryna has a PhD candidate at Florida State University and is passionate about understanding labor market dynamics and using data-driven insights to support economic development and employment decisions.
